I wrote two 30+ page eBooks for The Muse. Geared toward talent and marketing executives, Employer Branding 101 helps companies share their story. The book includes tips to understand and build an employer brand, an audit to measure success, and examples of how businesses use creative social content to attract and retain the right candidates. The second eBook, Busting Millennial Myths: The Real Secret to Attracting, Hiring, and Retaining Millennials provides companies with a new approach to winning over Gen Y. And no, it’s not a pool table or free Kombucha.
